The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment it has at the time stated in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. If the buyer fails to pay for the item purchased as stated above, the buyer shall compensate the seller for the damages and costs incurred.

The online auction ends on Sunday 27.9.2026 at 21:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Participation in the auction requires registration.

If the buyer withdraws from an accepted bid, with the seller’s consent, the buyer must reimburse the seller for the costs incurred in organising the failed auction (27.3.1987/355 and 5.1.1994/16). The compensation fee for cancelling a binding sale is 15% of the purchase price, however at least €100. The compensation fee is not subject to VAT under the VAT Act.

If the bids are not collected within two weeks, the seller reserves the right to apply the Act on the Trader’s Right to Sell Uncollected Goods (15.7.1988/688).

The buyer is responsible for filing the transfer tax return at www.vero.fi/omavero and paying the transfer tax through that service. When the tax authority provides the buyer with a certificate of paid transfer tax, it must be delivered promptly to the seller so that registration in the buyer's name can be completed.
