Maintenance fee €189.00/year. The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance and purchases for the apartments and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, service and key service, etc.

Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

Bids are binding and the share must be paid into the bank account shown in the deed within 3 days of the auction ending.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not take place due to a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to compensation for a false bid and disruption of business amounting to 10% of the highest bid, or a minimum of €280. Inspection of the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the apartment in question and with the company’s documents and records. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the documents related to the property. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and reasonably assumed to affect the transaction. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that all maintenance fees and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 private individuals / €60 companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the deed of sale, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry, and proof of transfer tax to the property manager for registration of the share.
