Maintenance fee €364.90/year. The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep of the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance and key service, etc.

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

Offers must be submitted by the specified time. The highest offer is the offer highest accepted by the seller. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi and the buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts all terms of sale. In holiday share transactions, the deed is always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the deed and sends a signing link to the buyer who placed the highest bid. Withdrawal from the sale

Information provided by the seller

Suomen Yrityskonsultointi is responsible for the correctness and up-to-dateness of the documents relating to the property. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and reasonably assumed to affect the transaction. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that all maintenance fees and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, as well as Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 private individuals / €60 companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by email once the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the property manager the deed, a copy of the share certificate endorsement and proof of transfer tax payment for registration of the share.
