The apartments are close to the heart of the city. What could be better than enjoying the many events, restaurants, theatre and shopping - and returning after an active day to the peace of your own holiday home, or taking a dip in the spa bubbles. Tampere Spa offers lovely Harmony Spa pampering treatments and restaurants.

Walking routes start nearby, where you can admire the scenery of Lake Näsijärvi and the harbour, as well as the sunset.

The Lapinniemi area is excellent in every way, as you are right near the city centre. Families with children should also remember the Moomin Museum.

A private holiday week is above all carefree holidaying. As an owner of a holiday week, you acquire a share in a holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including bed linen, so you can focus on holidaying and enjoying yourself.

If you cannot holiday yourself, the week can easily be rented out or you can let a friend use the apartment. You can handle the rental yourself (just notify reception who will collect the keys) or you can leave the week for Holiday Club to rent out, in which case you do not have to put in any effort yourself.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, parking, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Maintenance fee in 2026 & 2027:

€334.40 / year.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance fee and gets access to the apartment from week 44/2026 onwards (Fri 23/10/2026 - Fri 30/10/2026). Alternatively, if the right of possession remains with the seller in 2026, the seller pays the 2026 maintenance fee.

More than €700 has already been paid for the renovation. The buyer takes over the remaining renovation loan share of €889.54, which is repaid through the annual finance charge. The finance charge this year in 2026 is €152.76 (paid) and next year in 2027 €152.76.

The apartment can be occupied from Fri 16:00 and must be vacated by the next Fri at 10:00.
