A station wagon Finnish car Focus that has come straight from use!

The car has been in daily use by a customer and has been driven without any major troubles. During the test drive, the car felt good; steering, suspension, gears - everything seemed to work as it should. The only fault noticed on the short test drive was a metallic sound from the engine at idle and also when the throttle was pressed at higher revs. The car has a timing belt and the belt has just been replaced, but the sound could be compared to a slightly stretched timing chain, or at low revs to a rattling heat shield, for those who cannot view the car in person. The customer said that the workshop had told them that there would be a loose shield in the turbo causing the sound, but we did not receive any proof of this. The engine does work, it pulls well, and does not misfire etc.

The summer tyres have 4-5 mm tread and the winter tyres 7-8 mm, with sharp studs and not many have come off. The windscreen is intact, with some minor stone chips. A sensible-looking car with a little to do!
