• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. An extra collection period will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before making a bid.
