• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT will be applied for any late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will relist the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, together with any agent and debt collection costs plus interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
