• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs, including interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
