• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
