Property for sale with buildings in Ylitornio, Ylitornio

The object is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids expires on 10.9.2026 at 13.00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been distrained and is sold by open sale conducted by the bailiff, applying as appropriate the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The bailiff will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. Once the payment is visible on the official funds account, the bailiff will issue a sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.

Payment period: If necessary, a payment period may be granted for the remaining purchase price, but for no more than six weeks from the sales decision. Interest at the annual reference rate shall then be paid on the full purchase price for the entire payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The reference rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted payment period, annual late-payment interest will thereafter be charged. The late-payment interest rate is currently 9.50%.

Obligations, rights and/or claims related to the property transferred to the buyer

The sale conditionally includes an electricity connection. In order to have the electricity connection transferred into their name, the buyer must pay the electricity company TLS Verkko Oy any arrears relating to the connection for electricity transmission. The connection had arrears for electricity transmission amounting to EUR 1,240.83 as of 10.6.2026. The buyer must check the amount of the arrears and pay them personally. The arrears will not be paid, even in part, from the purchase price paid to the Enforcement Authority.

The buyer is responsible for any fees charged for the transfer of connection agreements.

Objektet säljs på nätauktion med höjningsbud på webbplatsen www.huutokaupat.com. Tidsfristen för att ange köpeanbud löper ut den 10.9.2026 klockan 13.00 (eller 3 minuter efter det att det sista köpeanbudet som godkänts till auktionen har givits).

Utsökningsverket ansvarar inte för funktionen i tjänsteleverantörens system. Det högsta budet är det bud som tjänsteleverantörens system godkänt som högsta. Utmätningsmannen beslutar huruvida det högsta budet ska godkännas eller inte.

Buden som ges i nätauktionen är bindande. Om ett bud godkänns, är den som gett budet skyldig att betala den erbjudna köpesumman inom avtalad betalningstid. Underlåtelse att betala den erbjudna köpesumman kan leda till köparens ersättningsskyldighet i enlighet med 5 kap. 25 § i utsökningsbalken.

Utmätningsmannen förbehåller sig rätten att sluta försäljningen eller förlänga försäljningstiden.

Om det inte är möjligt att lämna bud via tjänsten Huutokaupat.com, kan köparkandidaten lämna ett skriftligt bud till utmätningsmannen. Budet ansluts till nätauktionen som ett maximibud enligt höjningsautomaten. Budet ska lämnas i skriftlig form till utsökningsverket senast den 8.9.2026 kl. 12.00 på adressen Utsökningsverket / Kemi verksamhetsställe, Valtakatu 28, 94100 Kemi eller epost rovaniemi.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. Ett skriftligt bud är bindande och på det tillämpas samma villkor som i nätauktionen. Det skriftliga budet ska undertecknas och av budet ska framgå budgivarens kontaktuppgifter, budets maximibelopp samt numret på det objekt i tjänsten

Huutokaupat.com som budet gäller.

Egendomen är utmätt och den säljs under hand genom utmätningsmannens försorg i enlighet med utsökningsbalken 5 kap. 76 § och i tillämpliga delar av utsökningsbalkens allmänna auktionsvillkor.
