Terms of sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The property is sold only to a buyer whose credit record is in order.

Conditional bids are not accepted.

The property is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.

Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline.

By placing a bid for the property, the bidder accepts that their contact details may be disclosed to the seller for the purpose of facilitating the sale.

Concluding the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The buyer will receive ownership and possession of the property after signing the deed of sale and paying the purchase price.

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Inspection of the property

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment it has at the time of sale. Before submitting a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the commercial premises, documents and records in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke any matter that could have been detected in a pre-inspection.
