Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer accepted by the seller as the highest. It is also possible to take part in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By making a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

If the reserve price is exceeded, the property will be sold to the highest bidder.

Viewing the property


Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property in question on site, and to review the documents and papers. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.


Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and that can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The real estate transaction must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the conveyance witness shall be paid equally by the seller and the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawing from the transaction

A party refusing to complete the transaction must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
