Enforced property on an island in Iniö, Pargas, Parainen

The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 8.10.2026 at 13:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The enforced property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 8.10.2026 at 13:00, or two minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Agency’s official funds account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, the remaining purchase price is granted a payment period of up to four weeks. During the payment period, the buyer must pay interest on the full purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act. The annual interest rate under Section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, the potential buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum offer under the bidding system. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 5.10.2026 at 12:00 at the address below:

The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written purchase offer must be signed, and it must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies.

Should it not be possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the potential buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 5.10.2026 at 12:00 at the address below:

The property has been seized and is sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the appended documents. The sales brochure is indicative only and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before submitting a bid.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title, unless the buyer is exempt from paying transfer tax.

The buyer obtains ownership of the property, and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale has gained legal force and the purchase price has been paid in full.
