Defects and other observations

On a short test drive we made the following observations:

  • NOTE! THE TRUE STATUS OF THE WARNING LIGHTS IS UNKNOWN, AS THE CAR IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO BE STARTED AT ALL!

  • According to the customer → mechatronics unit broken. This was not confirmed by us.

  • Initially would not start even with auxiliary power. Eventually the car was started with jump starters. The car tends to move backwards. Technicians suspected the faults are electrical. The air filter, gearbox selector plastics and the fuse box cover had already been removed. The battery is only partially secured.

  • Broken wires observed in the engine bay. Fault memory contains code P0797 (transmission pressure control module).

  • We have given this lot a slightly longer viewing period, so it's worth coming to see and experience the Ford in person!


The car has not undergone a technical condition inspection by us and the operation of all equipment has not been tested. There may be hidden defects that we did not detect during the test drive. It is possible to inspect the car in more detail before making a binding bid. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
