The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been repaid. Approx. €250 remains, which the buyer will assume. The renovation loan is paid as a financing charge this year and next, after which the loan will be fully repaid. Financing charge this year (2026) is €137.35 and next year (2027) €110.55.

The buyer may use the apartment from week 2/2027 (9 Jan 2027 - 16 Jan 2027).
