Goods come from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later refer to any issue that could have been observed during a pre-inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check any matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: Registration may take several weeks after the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
