The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always check all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration transfer may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Removal of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
