• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, as is. Goods come from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days and a receipt emailed in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if there are several wins, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be legally inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for ensuring the listing information is correct
