Service charge €544.00/year. The charge covers final cleanings, bed linen, towels, consumables, maintenance of the apartments and grounds and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance services, reception and key services, etc.

Terms of Sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi and the buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts all terms of sale when completing the bid. In timeshare sales the contracts are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends a signing link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the sales contract within 3 days of the auction ending.


Withdrawal from the purchase

If the sale fails due to the bidder’s actions, the seller has the right to compensation for false bidding and disruption to business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE! This invoice is enforceable.) Participation in the auction without an intention to buy is prohibited.


Inspection of the property

Bidders are obliged to inspect the apartment, the company’s documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection. The shares are sold with the information presented in the listing.

Information provided by the seller


Suomen Yrityskonsultointi is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the documents related to the property. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi declares that it has given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi confirms that all service charges and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price, and Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by e-mail when the purchase price has been paid. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi will send the manager the sales contract, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and the transfer tax certificate for registration of the share.


NOTE! Suomen Yrityskonsultointi acts only as the advertiser, not as the seller. The owners of the shares become the sellers on the sales contract once the auction ends. All owners of the shares we advertise have been screened and the shares can be bid on safely.
