Now up for auction is the larger Fiesta, the Fusion, which has just been driven onto the yard. The car was inspected on 13 March, so it is fine in that respect. There are the expected small signs of wear for a 2005 Ford, but that is to be expected.


On the road the car felt exactly as a tested car should — no unusual knocks or rattles. It comes with eye-catching bright alloy wheels fitted with roadworthy summer tyres. Winter tyres are also fitted on alloy wheels and have good studded tyres.


The air conditioning seemed to blow cold. The car also has a heated windscreen, but we have not checked its functionality. With a little cleaning this makes a fine runabout for summer trips and other journeys.


We have not carried out any technical inspection nor tested the operation of all equipment, so hidden faults may be present.
