Sleeping places for six (four in the two bedrooms and two extra beds).

The downstairs bedroom has a work area, so the apartment is also suitable for remote work.

Bed linen and towels, washing machine and drying cabinet, cooling air‑source heat pump, fireplace and firewood, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing facilities, TV, radio and wireless internet connection are included in the apartment.

Final cleaning, bed linen, towels and a parking space are included in the maintenance charge!

Katinkulta’s high‑quality, stylish and versatile spa offers family entertainment all year round. The spa has over 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter‑current pools, massaging showers, a water fountain and a children’s water slide. Outdoors there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles. The children’s area includes a warm kids’ pool, floats and swim mats. Water and air temperature is always 32 °C.

Relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. Sauna World has two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a traditional sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers. New for guests are two tropical experience showers with four selectable programmes featuring light and sound effects.

Katinkulta’s championship‑level golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland’s most beautiful. There is also a beginners’ course Vuokatti, the club course Tenetti and a driving range for practice.

Usage charge €129.20 / year.

The share is not subject to any renovation loan / financing charge.

The maintenance charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and grounds, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency duty, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Owning a holiday week is primarily carefree holidaying. As an owner you hold a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, as well as bed linen and firewood, so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you can’t use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or you can hand the week to a friend; just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the maintenance charge for 2026 and gains the right to use the share for week 35/2026 starting from Fri 21 August 2026 – Fri 28 August 2026.

Check‑in at 18:00 and check‑out at 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
