The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance fee and will have use of the share from week 34/2026 onwards (Mon 17/08/2026 – Mon 24/08/2026).

Sales contracts and registered delivery of the share certificate by signed letter are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured mail costs an additional €20.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will submit all documents needed for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax notification and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is due if under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax notification in OmaVero.
