The item is sold by competitive bidding on the www.huutokaupat.com website in an online auction held from 29 June 2026 to 26 July 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the one accepted by the service provider’s system as the highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to place purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a candidate buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase mechanism. The written

offer must be signed and include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 24 July 2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kouvola office, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The person who made the highest bid must immediately after acceptance pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the escrow account, the reference number RF60 3360 0000 5192 69 must be used. If the successful bidder neglects to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder will be liable for any costs and the price difference resulting from a possible new sale, in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment has not been made within the specified time, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay interest on late payments under Section 4(1) of the Interest Act on the whole purchase price until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is carried out.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the bailiff, observing where applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item for sale. Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item, the sales brochure and the attached documents before bidding. The jet ski with its trailer will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing took place once the full purchase price has been paid. The delivery time must still be agreed separately with the supervising enforcement inspector. The buyer must at their own expense and responsibility remove the purchased movable property at the agreed time of handover.
