A really nice and exceptionally well‑maintained Nord Star 26 – Volvo Penta D4 260 hp (≈194 kW). The boat has had only two, very careful owners in its history. It is extremely tidy and well looked after. Fitted with the reliable and high‑performance Volvo Penta D4 260 hp engine. The engine has been serviced annually and major services have been carried out on time. Recently significant preventive maintenance has also been carried out: injectors have been replaced/refurbished, as well as stern bearings and bellows. These are the kinds of services that show the boat has been maintained proactively rather than out of necessity.

Overall the boat is remarkably clean and in excellent condition. This is an example you can be proud to show and a pleasure to take out on the water.

The equipment is very comprehensive. Electronics are built around a quality Simrad NSS12" system. The boat includes, among other things, a large touchscreen plotter, sounder, radar, VHF, transmitting and receiving AIS and a GPS compass. With this equipment you can safely undertake longer trips and handle more challenging conditions.

In addition, the boat has a quality diesel heater, shore power system, pressurised freshwater, fridge and an absolutely useful high‑quality bow thruster that makes harbour manoeuvres much easier.

We personally ran the boat from Turku to Espoo, and the roughly five‑hour trip was pure pleasure. Admittedly the sun was shining, but there was also larger swell on the way. The Nord Star 26 demonstrated its strengths: this is a boat that is not afraid of weather – on the contrary it seems to get better as conditions harden.
