The lot is sold as seen and with the equipment it has in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items shown in the pictures are not included unless expressly stated. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packaging and removal of the item and for related costs. Goods not collected will revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is carried out using the auction information; bid with the correct identifiers. Any new invoices issued afterwards with different details and any additional work will be charged to the buyer. Any unpaid taxes on vehicles always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to weeks depending on the parties involved, such as creditors and finance companies, and whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
