• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price (if lower) and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection fees in full with interest.
