• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders are obliged to inspect the item before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller’s warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own pick-up fee; if you win multiple lots, the pick-up fee must be paid for each. • 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from an insolvency estate; please bear this in mind when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the item, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection information from the public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be registered, unregistered or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from an insolvency estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Overdue collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
