• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
