• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late pickup fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.
