The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot subsequently rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. The item is not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right for the item
