The item has been described for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders must inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Please note each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at 50 € per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agency and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
