• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resale price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
