The lot will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 29 June and 20 July 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 20 July 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid which the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increment. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the huutokaupat.com lot number to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and will be subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 19 July 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address: Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu, or by e‑mail to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the notified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
