The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden faults not noticed when creating the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim matters that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller for the item offered. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. • 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
