The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the relevant lot, company documents and other papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later refer to any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty from the seller and there is no right of exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. • 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s terms of sale before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no right of exchange or return
