The building is multi-purpose thanks to the roomy lounge — you can also accommodate guests or work remotely here if needed. Suitable for many needs and situations: a cottage plot or a house garden — only your imagination limits you! :)

• Electrified: includes sockets, connection for a ceiling light in the lounge, LED lighting in the sauna and exterior lighting. Electric cabinet

• High-quality lockable exterior doors

• 2 picture windows. Sauna ventilation window 590 × 590 mm.

• Domestic breathable eco-wool insulation 125 mm in walls and roof; in the lounge eco-wool paper + 22 mm ventilation gap under the panel.

  Outside walls: 12 mm wind protection board

• Floor and ceiling: 25 mm wind protection board.

• Sauna: 30 mm PIR insulation in walls and ceiling

• Exterior cladding 23 × 145 mm UTW, pre-painted white

• Wooden sauna floors from tongue-and-groove boards.

• Lounge with high-quality vinyl flooring.

• Straight spruce bench boards

• Sauna interior panelling of stylish heat-treated pine.

• Lounge finished with Arvolista white-wash interior cladding panels.

• Installed: Harvia Pro 20 sauna stove with water tank, and Jeremias chimney kit (installed before collection).

• Sauna floor drainage channel with 110 mm outlet.
