• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between any lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
