Sale by auction of the legendary Hotel Kainuu located in Kuhmo.


The plot area is 3,044 m² and the yard areas are asphalt and lawn. The plot is located in an area designated for commercial and office buildings. A maximum of two above-ground storeys may be placed on the site. The block's zoning designation is K, a block for commercial and office buildings. The plot's building right is 2,200 k-m², of which 2,191 k-m² has been used.

On the plot is a hotel, commercial and office building built in 1975. The building's gross floor area is a total of 2,191 k-m² and its volume is 9,499.0 m³.
