Harley-Davidson, WLA, 1944, Tuusula

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The property has been seized and is sold on behalf of the enforcement officer through a public online auction conducted by a private operator, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

An enforcement appeal concerning an act related to the auction and preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the auction. Instructions for appeal will be attached to the enforcement officer’s decision on the sale. In lots, any forklift pallets, pallet collars, roll cages or similar visible in the images are not included in the bid unless expressly stated.

NOTE: Costs such as notification costs will be charged for unredeemed bids in accordance with the Enforcement Code.

(If the bidder does not pay the purchase price within the payment period, a new auction will be held. The bidder must compensate for the difference if the highest bid at the new auction is lower than the highest bid at the previous auction, plus interest for the payment period and default interest. If the bid exceeds this amount, the bidder is not entitled to the surplus. The bidder must also compensate for the costs of the subsequent auction unless they are covered by the surplus.)
