Terms of Sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
Viewing the property
The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been detected during the preliminary inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which can be assumed to affect the transaction.
Completion of the sale
The sale of real estate must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The fee of the official confirming the sale is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the prevailing tax practice.
Withdrawal from the sale
The party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
