The car will go to the highest bidder in this auction — a spacious and popular estate Volvo V70 with a towbar and roof rails. It needs a bit of work but the mechanics are sound: the engine runs nicely, the clutch works well and the gears engage OK. For its age it’s in decent condition; there may be small scratches here and there but nothing serious. If the front seats were restored and the leather parts reupholstered it would look even neater. The timing system was done according to the service book at around 192,000 km in July 2015, so it should be checked/replaced again — there’s no guarantee it has been done after 2015. Three owners in Finland and at least one in Sweden. The only defect that may affect inspection is the airbag warning light that intermittently appears on the dash — nothing else major expected. I couldn’t find any cracks or large stone chips in the windscreen. The summer tyres are still very good on the original Volvo alloy wheels; the winter tyres on alloys are still usable but I would replace them soon. :)

Vehicle inspection valid between: 17 July 2025 - 17 July 2026, so there’s still time to get that airbag light at least fixed before the inspection. GOOD LUCK TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER IN ADVANCE! :)
