Selling the two large and spacious wooden-arched halls / boat tents shown in the pictures as one lot for dismantling and removal. The halls are ideal, for example, for winter storage of boats, as a shelter tent, or for recycling materials for reuse.

The item is sold in its current condition, and the buyer is responsible for all costs and work related to dismantling and transport.

Excellent for large boats, lorries, cranes.

Dimensions per item (estimated):

• Height: approx. 6 m, door height 4.5 m

• Width: approx. 10 m

• Depth: approx. 12 m

Structure and contents:

• Quantity: 2 halls/tents in one bid.

• Frame: Sturdy wooden arch structure, with the arches made from several layers of joined timber pieces (see more detailed structure photos). The frame is stiffened by wooden longitudinal beams and metal corner and joint brackets.

• Cover: Thick, heavy-duty and recycled tarpaulins (the fabrics partly show old advertising text. The tarps have eyelets for fastening.

• Lighting: Fluorescent tube lights in the hall ceilings are included in the sale.

Special bidding terms (Read carefully before bidding):

• Dismantling responsibility: The buyer is responsible for fully dismantling the halls and removing all materials from the site.

• Urgent schedule: The schedule for removing the halls is very tight. Please make sure you bring enough labour and the right tools so dismantling goes smoothly.

• Important collection date: Please only bid if you can dismantle and collect the item by Friday, 2 October 2026 at the latest.

Collection instructions:

The items are located at Hylkeenpyytäjäntie 9, Espoo. Drive in through the gate over the speed bump and turn left immediately from the first or second driveway/gap. A large red Scania lorry can be used as a landmark. The item is by the lorry.

BINDING COLLECTION TERMS

Due to the urgent schedule, the items can only be collected on 1-2 October 2026 between 9.00 and 16.00.

Collection must take place within the deadline - no extensions!

Collection must always be agreed in advance by phone, not by text message! You can call between 7.30 and 22.00.

The customer is responsible for moving and carrying the items. We will assist as best we can.

Please make sure you are able to collect the items before you bid.

The buyer can ask for further information from the phone number provided in the email.

Uncollected items will be recycled without exception, and the item will no longer be available after the specified collection date.
