• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the premises and any company documents and records related to the sale before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the pre‑inspection.

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pick‑up times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
