• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always check all potentially relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Exceeding the collection time will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
