• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding The bidder is obliged to inspect the lot, related documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The lot must be paid for within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com by email. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles via the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
