• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters that may be relevant to the purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly unpaid-tax vehicles.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
