• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the lot, the company documents and relevant paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days and the receipt emailed according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee applies to each lot. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and charges” section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before purchase. Always check all matters related to your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) details via the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes remain the responsibility of the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Service disconnection: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the original offered price and the lower resale price, plus any agency and collection costs with full interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest offer within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the offer no longer binds the bidder.
