The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must, before placing a bid, inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the pre‑inspection.

Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all related matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details via the public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of supplies: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the original offered price and the lower resale price, together with any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
