• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. Items have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been checked by an inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the item, company documents and papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim issues that could have been noticed on inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Winning bids must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email by huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: Goods come from a bankruptcy estate—please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchanges or returns: Sales are final—check items carefully before purchase. Always verify related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration can take several weeks—please allow for this when purchasing.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collections are charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the original and the lower resale price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.
