The charge covers end‑of‑stay cleaning, parking, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance, purchases and repairs, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance and emergency services, reception and key services, etc.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent it out or lend it to a friend. Just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer will have the share available from week 3/2027 (Fri 15 January 2027 – Fri 22 January 2027).

Check‑in at 18:00 and check‑out at 11:00.

Pets allowed (€35).

All shares for sale are my own unless stated otherwise.

Sale agreements and registered delivery of the share certificate by signed letter are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured post is available for an additional €20.

There are no arrears on the charges for the share.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax notification and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; transfer tax under €10 is not required) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions on filing the transfer tax notification in OmaVero.
